CashBook by Manual2AI ("the Service") is a cash management platform for Indian small businesses, operated by Manual2AI. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
• One business entity per company account (multiple branches allowed on paid plans)

3. Plans & Billing

• Free plan: 1 business, 1 user, 100 transactions/month, no AI features
• Paid plans are billed annually via Cashfree payment gateway
• All prices are in INR and include GST
• 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Data Ownership

You own all financial data you enter into CashBook. We do not claim ownership of your business data. You can export your data at any time via CSV export. You can request complete data deletion at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service is designed for legitimate business cash management. You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

CashBook is a cash tracking tool, not an accounting or tax compliance solution. It does not replace professional accounting advice. AI-generated insights and categorizations are suggestions and should be verified by the user. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on data in the app.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for data loss due to factors beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
