Terms of Service

1. Service

CashBook by Manual2AI ("the Service") is a cash management platform for Indian small businesses, operated by Manual2AI. By using the Service, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of financial data you enter
  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
  • One company account with the number of locations allowed by the selected plan

3. Plans & Billing

  • New companies receive a 30-day Control AI trial without a card
  • Control is ₹699/month or ₹6,999/year; Control AI is ₹1,299/month or ₹12,999/year
  • Access is prepaid monthly or annually through Cashfree; automatic renewal is not used at launch
  • Upgrades apply immediately and downgrades begin with the next prepaid access period
  • After access ends, the account becomes read-only for a seven-day grace period; non-payment does not delete data
  • A confirmed refund ends the access period associated with the refunded payment
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

4. Data Ownership

You own all financial data you enter into CashBook. We do not claim ownership of your business data. Owners and invited accountant viewers can export an accountant package. You can request complete data deletion at any time.

5. Acceptable Use

The Service is designed for legitimate business cash management. You may not use the Service for money laundering, fraud, or any illegal activity. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Disclaimer

Cash Control is an operational cash-control tool, not a GST filing, invoicing, inventory, payroll, or statutory accounting solution. It does not replace professional accounting advice. AI output is a reviewable draft and cannot commit a financial event or send a customer message by itself.

7. Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for data loss due to factors beyond our control.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India.
